Job Description: Construction of New Boat Ramp with Cofferdam.  Installation of New Parking Lot With Lighting.  Due To the Rocky Bottom of the Merrimack River, MacKay Along With Dept. of Fish and Game - Fishing and Boating Access, Redesigned The Boat Ramp and Cofferdam Design.  Traditional Concrete Placement Was Used Within the Cofferdam, While Two Large Pieces of Pre-Cast Were Install Underwater With Divers. These Pieces Were Allowed Fishing and Boating Access To Maintain the Original Design Length Of the Ramp.
